OUR PHILOSOPHY...
We believe that if a child is provided with a safe, warm, happy and nurturing environment, and given developmentally appropriate activities, he or she will thrive emotionally, physically, spiritually, and intellectually. Each child develops at their own rate and this is recognized. Each milestone is noted and celebrated together. We set limits for children and they quickly learn the routine and what is expected of them as a small group. We teach through modeling appropriate behavior, praising fine behavior and friendly behavior and rewarding with smiles and hugs.
We emphasize on teaching the children music, art, motor development, self-help skills, pro-social development and critical thinking skills. Lesson plans are age appropriate for infants and toddlers. In our daycare we use "The Comprehensive Infant/Toddler Curriculum by Innovations".
